Fixed Wireless Speeds: 
     This is the maximum Fixed Wireless access speeds, and are not necessarily indicative of actual Internet data transfer speeds

*Cost of 1GB:
     The standard cost for 1 GB included in the selected plan will vary depending on the amount of data allocated to the plan. 
     Excess usage charges do not apply to residential packages.     
      Shaping is not available on residential pre-paid accounts. See "Recharge Account" section for more information. 
Recharge Account: 
      Once your monthly data allocation is exceeded or your monthly anniversary is reached you will be redirected to the 
     "Yourhub Landing page". From here you will have the option to recharge your account with any of the available packages 
      and your month restarts again. Once your account is successfully recharged you may instantly login again and continue 
      to use the service.  
      Includes access to Yourhub Wireless Hotspots. Use your residential connection away from home 24/7. Unused time and or  
     data are not accumulative and will be lost at the end of each month. 
      There is no contract on residential fixed wireless pre-paid services. 
Early Termination Fee:  
      Early termination fees do not apply to residential fixed wireless pre-paid services 
Static IP Address:  
      Not a standard inclusion on residential services. May be available on request for an additional monthly charge of $29.95pm. 
Email Accounts:  
      Each residential plan receives a standard allocation of up to 5 email account. Additional accounts are available upon request 
     (charges may apply). 
      There is no charge of an upgrade of plan remaining on the same speed.

     Residential phone services are available for an additional $9.95 charge when bundled with a residential internet service or 
     $19.95 stand alone. Once the phone service is added a minimum 12 month contract applies.  
     This is a Voice over Internet Protocol service (VoIP) and is not part of the ageing POTs telephone system. 
     Turn off your existing analogue telephone service and stop paying line rental and excessive call charges. You can also keep 
     your exisitng local telephone number. 
     Yourhub can port your current number from your previous telephone provider or we can allocate you a new local number, the 
     choice is yours! 
Call Rates 
      Local Calls - .20c per call (Talk as long as you like when you like for just .20c per call) 
      National Calls - .20c per call (Talk as long as you like when you like for just .20c per call) 
      Mobile calls - .13.5c per 30sec. 
      International calls from .03c per min. See international call rates here

Service Charges

New Fixed Wireless Pre-Paid Installation: 
   5GHz AP $190.00 Based on standard equipment.(Required) 
   5GHz Fixed Installation $180.00 includes first hour labour. Additional time may be charged at 1/2hr intervals at the rate of $66.00. 
    A quotation may be applicable where installations exceed the standard requirements. (Required) 
Account creation & activation for existing Fixed Wireless Installations: 
   A fee of $110.00 is payable for the creation and activation of a new account at an existing installation / location. 
Plan Change Fee: 
Re-Alignment Fee: 
   $55.00 is charged where there is a need to re-align the subscribers CPE/AP via telephone support. 
   $132.00 minimum where a technician is required to attend and align on behalf of the subscriber. 
Incorrect Call Out: 
   This is the fee per hour charged to the customer for an incorrect call out and is based on the time on site (Min$132.00). 
Out of Hours Support: 
   Call to support staff out of hours (Min $200.00). 
Incorrect Fault: 
   This is the fee charged to the customer when an incorrect fault is lodged and found not to be on the carriers network ($250.00).
